Say that I am too lazy to go register my music to have complicated ISRC codes because im not really in the music industry and I have been activated with google adsense to partner with youtube to monetize my videos with commercials. I soley own the material, but I don’t have registration codes. Would youtube bust me anyway and mess with my videos and or account?

    1. Dani says:

If it’s completely your own material then you should be fine.

    2. Josh says:

If it is solely your product (music included) then you will not be busted for copyright infringement.

Copyright infringement is the unauthorized or prohibited use of works under copyright, infringing the copyright holder’s exclusive rights, such as the right to reproduce or perform the copyrighted work, or to make derivative works.

The only thing that could happen to you out of this is that someone can steal your music.
