The Phoenix Coyotes now have Verve as the OFFICIAL energy drink of the of the team. I wanted to try it but you can only get at the arena and it . Five dollars??????????? For less I can buy an energy drink supermarket and convenience store.
If I we’re the Yotes, I’d start giving out free samples of this stuff if there is any chance of having good sales along with selling it with Algol
What impact do you think alternative new age drink will have with the league and it’s teams?
Note: The market has changed and more and more people are going away from soda(mostly sugar and diet soda is going up over sugar) and Energy(along with tea and water) are going up. Even Coke and Pepsi have to rely less on soda( mainly12 packs since tthat’sthe least profitable for both companies) and expand more on sales of energy, tea, coffee, water, fflavoredwater. Pepsi distributes Amp Sobe Starbucks lipton. Coke owns Full Throttle ddistributesRockstar, Evian, Nestea. Budweiser owns Monster.
Once exception of course on the soda, Coke is pushing Diet Coke Plus and Pepsi is pushing Diet Pepsi Maxx in order to try and regain some of the soda drinkers they lost in the past.

i know AMP is the official energy drink for the NHL. But i’m not sure if there’s an energy drink that supports the Penguins… hmm..

I think the drink is called Monster..idk or care. I don’t like any energy drinks except for coffee.

I am south enough that if you’re relaxing in Mexico you can see the taller buildings of my town on a clear day, the energy drink of choice is cerveza (that’s a joke .. but not really for some people eh) .. otherwise at a tailgate people are known to bring tequila
ps Let me know if you find out the Habs energy drink. In the meantime I will keep having half-Powerade (preferably Mountain Blast) and half-water in my water bottle during my hockey / soccer games and tennis matches.

Yes . The Panthers started to push it at the end of last season it is called Rip it. They gave out free samples and everything. It is like Red Bull.
As for changing anything team wise with the new drinks, I see no change at all. Just another option for fans to drink.
